I have stated all along that the war in Northern Uganda is a creation by NRM to scare every body to leave and go dome where. Museveni wants to turn Northern Uganda into a huge mechanized farm. And I hope the people from Northern Uganda start to understand that it is the most fertile land, and take care of it.
