You have to install windows onto the first partition on the drive - so you'll have to move partitions, it's kind of ugly. You can repair grub from a liveCD environment - there are plenty of guides in the Ubuntu documentation/forums if you go that way.

Depending on the amount of stuff that you have installed, you might be better off to backup your linux installs and format the drive - Install Windows first, then do your linuxes - that'll configure GRUB as part of the install anyway.
