Can you give URLs for the documents you found these discrepencies on? Please file these with the online reporting form. That's where this sort of thing needs to be filed, so we can track them efficiently. If the differences are between the plain-text and the HTML versions, it is because the plain-text version is (mistakenly) an older version, which is my error.

Sara 348 Sarati sarati 09/01/2004 Sinh 348 Sinhala singhalais Sinhala 09/01/2004
Limb 401 Limbu limbou Limbu 09/01/2004 Linb 401 Linear B linéaire B Linear B 09/01/2004

Table 2 has 6 less rows than table 1.
Sylo 316 Syloti Nagri sylotî nâgrî 09/01/2004
Tale 353 Tai Le taï le Tai Le 09/01/2004
Limb 401 Limbu limbou Limbu 09/01/2004

Different 4-letters codes for Georgian variants between tables 1 and 2 (the two variants should be there in both tables); and there's still the conflict for which one designates the "Georgian" ID (for UAX#24):

Geor 242 Georgian (Mkhedruli) géorgien (mkhédrouli) Georgian 09/01/2004
240 Geoa Georgian (Asomtavruli) géorgien (assomtavrouli) Georgian 01/05/2004

Different numeric code, and a missing script between table 1 and table2:
Talu 354 Tai Lue taï lue 09/01/2004 Khmr 355 Khmer khmer Khmer 09/01/2004
354 Khmr Khmer khmer Khmer 01/05/2004
