Unless the "units" are condos, in which case they count as properties even though there is only one physical unit.

Other than the Mews, do we have any condos in UC? Garden Court itself, I guess - did that conversion really ever happen? The Farifax?

Of course then I guess the "condo association" would count as the resident property owner... unless the developer still owned the property, in which case he would likely be a non-resident owner...

... aah, tis never as simple as one would desire.
