Is all of your music in .wav format or just the missing "no album" songs? The reason I ask is that tagging in .wav is not formally supported as a standard and anything that purports to tag a .wav file isn't using a ID3 tag or similar, but inserting info into the file header. This may well be the cause of your issue, although Squeezecenter can normally read this. I wonder if iTunes deals with it differently.
The other possibility is that Squeezecenter isn't reading your tags at all, but is using the Guess Tags option - in which case - how is your music organised and have you put in an appropriate formulation into the Guess Tags option to tell Squeezecenter how to find the album name from the file structure? An easy way to test this would be if you convert one of the files into another lossless format like FLAC and do a full clear and rescan, is it picked up ok? -- Siduhe Who am I on 'LAST.FM' (http://www.last.fm/user/siduhe)?
