I "made" a daemon script for this. Well, actually, I changed the squeezeslave script so it will start squeezelite. See 'this raspberry forum thread' (http://www.raspberrypi.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=23108). And search for the line "-It was working well, so now I wanted to have it started on startup.-".
