Hi, Do you plan to support the Cirrus Audio Card SPDIF input and output? It would be very nice, if you could support them, and add settings on the GUI also for ALSA inputs.:cool:
The Cirrus Audio Card has a very good SPDIF transciever (WM8804). Using the SPDIF input of the Cirrus Audio Card and an USB DAC or i2S DAC as output, the PI could serve as a nice SPDIF-USB bridge for example between a CD transport and the DAC.
