I have a Nano and it works fine. Only your ears can tell you you if it
is better :p

Try to find a seller who will let you try a demo model (at home if
possible).

Essen is a bit too far for me to pop round (I sometimes used to go to a
Hi-Fi show there, many years ago:)).
