Cheers, Jeff. That's food for thought. I'll ponder.... Would probably be worth adding a hook into squeezelite via libwiringpi maybe, to flip a GPIO when MUTE/UNMUTE or PowerOn/PowerOff. But on the basis that not everyone is using squeezelite, (ie. there are several other non-LMS based Pi music player distributions), a dumb overlay, "dtoverlay=unmute-amp", still makes sense, rather than editing /etc/rc.local and adding some sort of command there, for users of the IQ amp. Most people just want to unmute that once, at boot, I figure. And no, I'm not volunteering to do anything other than the overlay. ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JackOfAll's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3069 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105018 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
