Unix.pm should have set canRestartServer to 1. But if something turned that off, then you won't see it.Edit your server.prefs to be sure this is still set to 1
It's not a preference set in the prefs file, but a decision taken at runtime. Unix is the mother of Linux and Debian etc. The method would be different in any one of them.
