I don't think FileZilla has a sync capability, which would be nice (I'll check that out). However it works so well for me transferring new rips annd copying libraries that I think you might want to check it out. It is free and well maintained. Also, it runs on Windows, Mac, linux, etc. The main feature I like is its queueing function - you can select any number of folders for transfer to the target and it runs through them all in sequence and seems resilient to network glitches. You can also limit bandwidth usage if you like. The list of features is 'here' (https://filezilla-project.org/client_features.php).
