I had found this bit of code in SelectSkinMeta.lua
Code:

if skins <= 1 then
jiveMain:removeItemById('appletSelectSkin')
end
--------------------
so I figured that removing all but one the Joggler skin would also
remove the option to select skins. That will be ideal. The authors of
this code thought of everything!
