That sounds even simpler. However I am stuck (noob) at pointing the image to a config folder location upon launch
I've created a share "docker" with subfolders for "lms" etc. Then I point the image at docker/lms for the configuration etc. This way the files are easily accessible and can be backed up as part of the overall backup plan.
