Agreed - such as a leading "/" for instance.  In rgro's case it seems to
be that a non-existent file is listed.  The only time that my script
writes to /opt/.filetool.lst it uses a hard coded path of
etc/udev/rules.d/ in front of a filename that is constructed from the
name of the card.  Even if that card name wasn't determined correctly
for some reason, I cannot see a scenario where the script could add a
line with the /home/tc/ prefix.
