Hi Paul - good to have another pair of eyes on this. No, I don't believe there's anything different. I think udev calls the script as root, but the crucial line that seems to be acting differently between the scenarios is 'sudo'ed anyway. Code: -------------------- sudo /usr/local/etc/init.d/squeezelite restart -------------------- If there is anything different about the environment, I can't understand why it's affecting Bogg, and not me or a couple of others who have tried this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ chill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10839 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113661 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
