Then what WAS the target market for this product. The 7500, 7600, 8500, 9600 whatever are still great machines but the first thing that helps is a video card. Don't the PCI Blue & White machines already have pretty good video. I guess the prospective advantages were 2 monitor support (but how many people run 3 monitors?) and LCD displays. I imagine ATI is a good company but Orange Micro, SoftRAID, Adaptec, Initio, Ratoc, XLR8, Roxio and others sure have more user friendly web sites. Yes, support wants you to go to your OEM vendor (say I get Toast with a LaCie or Yamaha drive or an XLR8 card from OWC) but intelligent questions to support people are usually answered-even if I am a "non-retail" customer. This is how we learn stuff.
