I have a Sonnett ATA 100 (not the ATA 66) and I have a SIIG ATA 133. They are both good. The SIIG was a little cheaper but it is really an ACARD product rebranded.
I have these cards in a 7300 G3 375, Beige G3 266, 7600 G3 300, and a B&W 350. I have run OSX 10.1-10.1.5 on all of these and OSX 10.2.1 on the B&W. No problems. The SIIG in the B&W was the only way I could get ATA 133 drives to work if I used more that one drive. So the SIIG was better than the stock IDE when running OSX 10.2.1. I didn't try the Sonnett but I bet it would have worked also. Your milage may vary.
