Audio input simply does not work on our machines under OSX. Nothing we have been able to do about that yet. Ryan Remple has that on his list of things to do though. Audio output works just fine under OSX, you shouldn't need to do anything. Although, the system volume control has not effect under OSX, but the application volume controls (i.e. iTunes) works just fine. Same kind of issue with that as with the audio input.
