That is very close to how I have my S900.

XLR8 G3/300
1x SCSI 500MB HD (OS 9.2.2 w/hack)
1x 700MB IDE (On Sonnet Tempo ATA/66 card, has OS 9.2.2 for classic)
1x 20GB IDE (OS X.2.3)
400MB RAM
slot 1 - Tempo ATA Card
slot 2 - IMS TT128 (man I need a new card)
Slot 3 - iogear USB 2.0 card

Smart move getting the separate USB and Firewire cards. The combo type
have problems with the lower slots, not an issue with the individual
cards though. I'd just put your Orion card where I have my TT128 and
stick the Firewire card below the USB card. I don't think you'll have
any problems.
