If it's pumping too much speed for the 64 meggers to handle, then why do his
32 meggers handle it ok?

Josh said his "retail" cards, the 32s, worked fine. I'm assuming these are
Mac cards from the get-go, not flashed PC cards. That would seem to be the
difference.

Try reducing the cpu speed to eliminate it as a cause though. But it would
seem that if too much power was the issue, the 32 meggers would do worse
than the 64s.
