Has anyone had any luck using a Pioneer DVD burner in a beige G3? In particular, the DVR-107 or prior models and getting it to work with iDVD or Toast? I understand a G4 is required for iDVD.
Also, I understand that if the boot volume is small, encoding and burning will not work (assuming you could get iDVD to work) b/c the boot volume may run out of space. Anyone have a solution for that? How much room do you need available in your boot volume? I guess it would be the size of the data on the DVD?
Thanks.
