I guess that depends on your work habits. If you just leave a few apps running and don't switch between them a lot, it seems fast enough, but I don't work that way... if it takes more than a few seconds for a program to finish doing something, I do it in the background and work on something else while I'm waiting. So I get to see all the slowest bits of OS 9 all the time. I suppose if I was living in Photoshop it would be different, but I think I'd still need a second computer so those heavy filters don't bother me. -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
