Utah State University. I do feel like it was worth the time and money. Some of the biggest value was the non-technical stuff I learned(things about project management,etc). You also learn more about the theory, and history of things which can help make you a more effective programmer. Also having a degree opens doors(this can be especially nice during recessions), the college experience teaches you things, and you can make connections.
