Why would you want to place the image inside the graphic?  Why not add
copies of roundrect graphic corners to the image?  Remember, you can
snapshot a graphic, thereby turning it into an image, with rounded corners.

If you explain a bit about what you're trying to achieve, some more specific
suggestions might be possible.
