Hi Baber,

Templates, dialogs, and paragraphs will not be usable on the public side of
things until they have been published.

For example, if you're creating a new template, and want people to be able
to test it in the edit stage, but not actually use it on their published
sites until you've finished debugging it, you might leave it unpublished
during the testing phase.
