I have a hundreds of files I would like to share from the magnolia document management system (DMS). It is impractical to upload each of these files one by one into the DMS repository. Furthermore, I don't want to create a new copy of a file when they already exist in another directory. I have a few questions any help is appreciated.
1. Is there a way to load several files into the DMS? 2. Rather than uploading files into the DMS is there a way to configure the DMS to point to a particular directory and merely show all the files in the directory? 3. All I am really looking for is a way to browse files and subfolders in a particular directory on my server from a web page. Is the DMS built to handle this sort of thing or should I try a different solution? 4. Where is the DMS documentation found? I could only find a few general pages on the wiki.
