JS Frameworks like JQuery, YUI
Sitemesh
Tiles
Very easy to write actions
Easy to understand workflow
Ability to configure with almost 0 XML
Good abstraction away from Servlet/JSP
Easy-to-work-with architecture (Actions, Interceptors, and Results all
extendable and built-ins or plugins for most situations)
Cons -
Lately release cycle has been slow (I'm sure I'm partly to blame, so I'm
not pointing fingers)
Since it is really loose, some problems are hard to troubleshoot
