Nam,

on the VCL web interface, do you have a provisioning engine selected for
the computer that you are trying to capture a image for?  You need to make
sure that this is set.  You can do it by going to Manage -> Manage
Computers -> Edit Computer Profiles

Select "Edit" next to the computer you are trying to capture the image for,
and then make sure the provisioning engine has been set.
