According to this ( http://whatis.techtarget.com/fileformat/SIG-PrintMaster-graphics-file), it might be Printshop files, but there doesn't seem to exist much other software that can open them. Even (paying) recent version of these software are not guaranteed to be compatible with older formats (according to wikipedia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Print_Shop). You can always try to feed them in imagemagick, to see if it can convert them to something exploitable.
