The reason why I asked is that if you enter a formula into a cell that
is formatted as text, that formula will end up as simple text. It
doesn't matter if you had copied the formula from some other cell's
content or if you write it by hand.
There will be a difference if you copy a cell to another one. Then the
references will be adjusted. So I think that you simply copied the cell
content and produced simple text.

Changing the comma to a semicolon did not help.
