Good afternoon sorry to bother again but I was trying different
presets for what you mentioned, I added one that finds the device by
software version, and then proceeds to refresh the
InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.* (even replaced the asterisk for a
number from 0 to 9) but it throws a fault.
I noticed that some options seen on the screenshot of the genie acs
page that explains about presets arent in my own. Did a new version
come out or something while I was working on this one? Fields such as
shedule and events dont show up, but precondition and configuration
instead. I assume this wont make much of a difference.

As for the error exactly, it shows this

refreshObject 2019-02-06T17:57:19.515Z 1 Invalid parameter name

Same for any of the other ones I have tried involving said parameter.
Even though I copy pasted the parameter name from the device info tab,
making sure no spaces were included in case it was my grammar.

Is there anything else I could do?

"InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.
