That's the en-US version.

Indeed - you can remove them as *extension*
Click (inside the extension manager) at the dictionary extension  ->
<Remove>

After a reboot the dictionary is removed from
<... share\uno_packages\ ...>
<... writing aids ...>
etc.

The .oxt files in <... share\extension\install\ ...> are *not* installed
into the program - but from there you may reinstall them (as extension)
or remove them, too ...
