Guess the only way for this thread to end would be for someone to
subscribe to users@openoffice.org from an email address that isn't
subscribed, go through the confirmation process, then un-subscribe that
address from another email address.
BTW, I was a moderator and list-owner of mailing lists before the WWW
went public. Mailing list programs might have been updated to make them
better, but the core commands haven't changed.
