Then all you had to do was use those blanks as paper in your printer and print the payee's name, the amount and the amount-in-words. Presumably you can still obtain such blanks ???
The "fun" part was finding/writing software that would print the amount-in-words i.e. to take a value such as 1234.56 and print "one thousand two hundred and thirty four dollars and fity six cents".
