What speed processor? How much RAM? I'm adding it just fine on my nearly
7 year old box running FreeBSD 8.0-RELEASE (2.4GHz PIV, 1.5GB RAM).
I've seen the same problem on a Toshiba laptop - T2250, 3GB Ram, 320GB
Hard disk, Ubuntu 9.10 fully updated, OOo version: the most up-to-date
from the Ubuntu repos.
