Or, after the fact: /opt/ooo-dev3/share/extensions (linux) and remove the dict-fr and dict-es (or dict-en) folders. Also the relevant bits in the /opt/ooo-dev3/share/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages folder. The problem with unwanted added dictionary packages has been around for some time & is nothing new.
