True, but hardly relevant. OpenOffice.org is, amongst many other things,
a Word Processor, not an XML editor, and should respect it's working
environment, not the underlying storage technology it uses.
It's nonsense, anyway. "Paragraph" and "block-level element" are not XML
concepts in the first place.
