Since you wrote your message using Outlook Express (which you shouldn't,
because that program has a serious jones for viruses, but that's a
different story), I assume you're using some version of Windows.
Start button->All programs->OpenOffice.org 2.0
The thing on your desktop is an actual file folder containing files that
were used to build OpenOffice.org on your system. I've never been quite
sure whether it's OK to delete it.
