Good one. I also believe that being vocal gets results. Every time I
pass a computer store I go in and ask about a video card for linux or
what not. Let them tell me that they don't know, so that I can leave
like I intended to purchase something but didn't find what I'm looking
for. These 'lost sales' just might make people notice.
