I am using version 6.10 of OpenOffice.org. which I have received today.  My problem is : I can not run a PowerPoint file nor one converted to Open Office.  The system crashes each time.  I have tried the suggestions in the Crash Report without success.  Can you suggest any further actions as my Windows XP program has the latest updates.  Acopy of the crash report is attached.
