     Here is an added note to what Paul has already emailed you. You 
might want to consider offerring the program to any employees who 
would want to put it on their computer at home. Under OOo's license 
(see http://www.openoffice.org/license.html), you are even permitted 
to charge the employees for their copy. I mention this because there 
are costs involve in burning CD's: cost of the CD's and wear and tear 
on the CD Burner. Of course, this is entirely up to you.
