There have been developers looking at this issue. But looking doesn't
mean to confirm. If nobody has an idea how to reproduce and how to fix
so why should he confirm? It doesn't help at all if you have five votes
or more. You (or someone else) must give a 'howt to reproduce'.
I also have no idea what is the cause. It is not related to OOo 2.3,
this has happened with OOo 2.2 too. And it has nothing to do with the
installer application. This application is the Microsoft Installer.
