OS 10.4 is required for OO.o 2.3.0
The last version for OS 10.3 was 2.1.0. See
http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/x11-103.html
OpenOffice.org 2.1 will be the last version of OpenOffice.org to be
supported for Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther).
