Do the recipients of the e-mail have OpenOffice installed on their
computers? If they do not then you will need to send them a Microsoft
Word document. To do this there are 2 main methods:
1) with the document you want to send open, use file and the save as.
Please select a file type of Microsoft word 97/2000/XP and make sure
that the automatic file name extension is ticked. You can then send this
file to your friends.
2) with the document you want to send open use >file >send e-mail as
microsoft word and that should send them the existing file in word format.
