I recently upgraded to Open Office 2.3.1 and since then have been unable to open a particular document, a worksheet, that is part of an on-line course I'm doing.
When I open the document, whether from the educational establishment's website or as an attachment to an email the tutor sent me, the Open Office writer screen just comes up completely blank. However, I have been able to open other email attachments OK and this seems to be the only thing that's not working. I was able to open and complete a previous worksheet of the same format when using Open Office 2.3. If I can't find a way to open this document, can I revert to using 2.3? I chose the "overwrite" option when installing 2.3.1. Thanks, Marie
