In addition to earlier suggestions... if you're still looking for a solution to open the document you could try downloading the Word viewer from Microsoft. The viewer for Word 2003 and earlier is here... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=95e24c87-8732-48d5-8689-ab826e7b8fdf&DisplayLang=en There is probably a link somewhere to a viewer for the new version of Word too. The link above is simply the first one that came up when I searched download.microsoft.com
