That's a common problem on dial up access. Some download methods
support restarting a download. If you've used one of those, yes you can
finish the download. Otherwise, you'll have to start from the
beginning. Another method is to download OpenOffice at some location,
such as work or library, that has broadband internet access and then
copy it to a CD or flash drive, to carry home.
