No, unfortunately not. We do want a plugin that can be part of Qpid but it
would have to rely only on ASF compatible libraries and no-one has yet had
time to create one. Would be a great project for anyone looking for
something to do :-)

It's probably worth putting this up as a GSoC idea.

There is only a small piece of code in that code base that still uses DBD, to store the exchange, queue and binding definitions
so if that where removed it could be licensed ASL.
