https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0-doc/html-manager-howto.html#Deploy_a_Directory_or_WAR_by_URL Here is the other information you asked for: 1. Provide the name and location of your WAR file on the disk C:\Program Files (x86)\apache-tomcat-9.0.6\webapps\OracleStatus.war 2. Provide the name and location of the XML file you are editing C:\Program Files (x86)\apache-tomcat-9.0.6\conf\server.xml 3. Provide the complete contents of the XML file you are editing (with any secrets removed, of course) server.xml contents <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!-- Licensed to the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) under one or more contributor license agreements.
