Until then I didn't realize there was anything going on, but the engineers talked as if I was a spy coming over from the dark side. (or, if they were optimistic, defecting) I think they imagine some playful competition but most CS students didn't even know that the engineers did much programming in the first place. (or at least I didn't) Of course, now with the departments doing a lot more together that will be changing, and we can have some real fun. --=20 Hans Fugal | De gustibus non disputandum est. http://hans.fugal.net/ | Debian, vim, mutt, ruby, text, gpg http://gdmxml.fugal.net/ | WindowMaker, gaim, UTF-8, RISC, JS Bach --------------------------------------------------------------------- GnuPG Fingerprint: 6940 87C5 6610 567F 1E95 CB5E FC98 E8CD E0AA D460 --ZwgA9U+XZDXt4+m+ Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+jIr//JjozeCq1GARAkhAAKDo7ZStRK+DZ0UzQbpQKS7ayrLxPwCeP2MR N6+RukloJa2DSharck8x4H4= =F2w9 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --ZwgA9U+XZDXt4+m+-- ____________________ BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ ___________________________________________________________________ List Info: http://uug.byu.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/uug-list
